The first thing that caught my attention was the location of the event: Brooklyn, NY rather than the new Steve Jobs Theatre at the Flying Saucer.
Other intriguing possibilites:

- USB-C > bring on the Power & Connectivity!
- Face ID
- upgraded MacBook Air
- Retina screen? YaY! Please, let it be so!
- I consider this Apple's most durable laptop.
- upgraded Mac-Mini
- targeting home theater users.
On the software side we may see details on iOS 12.1 reading Group FaceTime and dual-SIM support; and WatchOS update supporting Series 4 EKG functionality.
